The Magic Millions The Syndicate is one of the $1 million races held on the lucrative Gold Coast Magic Millions Race Day in Queensland each January.
Part of the coveted Magic Millions Racing Carnival the summer race meeting features eleven races as of 2024 including the $3 million Magic Millions 2YO Classic (1200m), $3 million Magic Millions 3YO Guineas (1400m) and a number of $1 million races including the Magic Millions The Syndicate.
A weight-for-age sprint run over 1100m the Gold Coast Magic Millions The Syndicate was first contested in 2023 and is open to horses who are owned by by a minimum of 20 individual registered owners and/or syndicate members from their first race through to the running of The Syndicate.
The Gold Coast Magic Millions The Syndicate 2024 ran on Saturday January 13th, 2024 and was won narrowly by the Matthew Dunn-trained Derry Grove ($7.50).
