Two Group 1 features highlight the card starting with a small seven-starter field in Race 5 – the $500,000 Group 1 Canterbury Stakes (1300m) where First Seal ($2.80) is the one to beat through Ladbrokes.com.au.

The marquee race at the meeting runs as Race 7 at 4:10pm (AEDT) with all 13 original acceptances still engaged for the $1 million Group 1 Randwick Guineas (1600m) where Chris Waller’s dual Group 1 winning colt Press Statement dominates betting at an odds-on price of $1.40.
