Clear 2014 AR Creswick Series Final betting favourite Miss Promiscuity debuts for her new trainer Anthony Cummings in the Flemington Finals Day feature in Melbourne on Saturday.

The $120,000 Listed A.R. Creswick Series Final (1200m) has attracted a bumper 16 hopefuls this year and is due to run as Flemington Race 7 at 4:10pm.

Drawn in gate three with big race specialist Glen Boss booked for the ride, Cummings’ recent stable acquisition Miss Promiscuity heads the Creswick Series Final markets at $4.60.

It will be her first run for the Sydney-based Cummings having previously been prepared in Melbourne by Peter Moody of Black Caviar fame.

For Moody she’s won three of her five starts including back-to-back 1200m efforts during the summer by a combined eight and a half lengths.

“She came with some good form and she’s plainly a nice filly,” Cummings told RSN’s Racing Ahead.

“Hopefully she maintains that nice form.”

After that effort she made her black-type debut at Moonee Valley on February 21 in the Group 3 Typhoon Tracy Stakes (1200m).

It was a good effort too as the daughter of Magnus ran under half a length second behind subsequent Group 1 performer Jazz Song before her interstate move.

Cummings has given her the one lead-up trial before the AR Creswick over 740m at Randwick on June 27 that she won without issue.

He is confident though that she will be ready to strike first-up as she returns to Flemington for the second time after a stellar 4.5 length win over the track and distance back in January from the outside barrier (12).

“She had one trial here in Sydney and then headed off to Melbourne,” Cummings said.

“The trial was very good and she came out of it very well.

“I’m looking forward to a good run from here in what looks like a nice race.

“She’ll improve with the run but I expect that she’s not too far away.”

She may be the favourite but Miss Promiscuity does face a number of notable rivals in her new trainer debut.

Among her biggest threats are local son of Street Sense Hard Stride ($7.50), their last start conqueror at Moonee Valley three weeks ago Kievann ($9) and the Robert Smerdon-trained Inglis Scone Guineas performer Under The Louvre ($9).
