The bookies are tipping a tight race between two progressive fillies in Saturday’s 2020 Blue Diamond Prelude (F) with Muntaseera and Fresh battling for top spot in betting.

There are 11 two-year-olds left in the Group 2 $200,000 Neds Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude (1100m) following the early scratching of the Anthony Freedman-trained Award Winner (5) and the widely-drawn Unhinched (13).
Heading the updated Blue Diamond Fillies Prelude betting markets at Ladbrokes.com.au is the returning Muntaseera at $2.80 for the flying Ciaron Maher & David Eustace stables.
The team already have a powerhouse charge of juveniles heading into the two-year-old autumn features and they are looking to add I Am Invincible filly Muntaseera to the list when she races fresh on Saturday.
Targeting the Group 1 $1.5 million Neds Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) back at the Caulfield track on February 22, the well-backed bay races for the first time since a huge three and a half-length win over 1100m at Rosehill last November.
She carted 58kg to that impressive victory second-up after finishing second at Flemington on Melbourne Cup Day behind Aryaaf in the Group 3 Ottawa Stakes (1000m).
After drawing ideally in barrier three for jockey Luke Currie on Saturday, Muntaseera is tipped to return in winning form.
The danger at current Blue Diamond Prelude odds of $2.90 is the market mover Fresh drawn the rails.
A jockey change sees Tim Clark come board the Peter & Paul Snowden-trained daughter of Fastnet Rock who comes off an eye-catching second in the Group 3 Blue Diamond Preview (1000m) a fortnight ago.
A Geelong winner on debut, Fresh produced the run of the Preview from a wide barrier and looks a massive chance to produce a win and turn the tables on her last start conqueror.
The only other filly under $10 in betting is then the Maher & Eustace-trained Blue Diamond Preview winner A Beautiful Night ($5.50).
After running second on debut at Bendigo last December, the Night Of Thunder filly took out a Flemington race down the straight on New Year’s Day.
She jumped double-figures at Caulfield in the Preview but proved too good for her rivals with a quarter-length win over Fresh and gets the chance to make it three on the trot from barrier the same barrier (5) this weekend.
The other best out of the Preview is A Beautiful Night’s third placed stablemate Unstoppabelle.
Linda Meech retains the ride on the progressive I Am Invincible filly in gate four on the weekend with the Preview placegetter looking potential value at $10.
