Monday Horse Racing – February 21st

After Black Caviar destroyed her rivals in the Lightning Stakes last Saturday, punters have the chance to reinvest the winnings they were paid off the super mare with three quality TAB meetings set to run today, Monday February 21.

Racing will take place in two states today, country and city tracks in both Victoria and New South Wales providing plenty of top betting opportunities.

For the best horse racing odds on the weekly races and to access the generous early markets for this weekend’s $1 million Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield, head to our preferred online bookmaker Luxbet!

Today’s Horse Racing

  • Wodonga (VIC)Race 1 jumps at 1:00pm (AEDST) – Bet now at Luxbet

The first Monday race meet will take place at Victoria’s Wodonga Racecourse where an eight-race programme is due to get underway at 1:00pm (AEDST) with the $12,000 Elmwood Medical Centre Super VOBIS 3YO Maiden Plate (1400m).

Race 6 at Wodonga is shaping up as a great showdown when the $12,000 Ray White Real Estate Wodonga 0 – 72 Handicap (1400m) jumps at 4:00pm (AEDST) and our pick to win is #4 Penguin Car seeking their third win on the trot.

  • Goulburn (NSW)Race 1 jumps at 1:46pm (AEDST) – Bet now at Luxbet

Two New South Wales meetings are on today’s horse racing line-up starting with a seven-event card at Goulburn that will get underway with the $10,000 Terminus Hotel Marulan BM 55 Hcp Class 4 & Up Rising Star Heat (1400m) at 1:46pm (AEDST).

The final event on the programme looks the highlight at Goulburn today when Race 7 – the $10,000 Millenium Windows Class 2 Handicap (1000m) takes place at 5:30pm (AEDST) and where we are tipping the super consistent #3 Kanskje to overcome their wide draw and win.

  • Murwillumbah (NSW)Race 1 jumps at 1:59pm (AEDST) – Bet now at Luxbet

The final Monday race meet today is running at Murwillumbah where the first of seven races, the $10,000 Taste of Tweed Maiden Plate (1000m), is due to jump at 1:59pm (AEDST).

Race 5 – the $10,000 Tweed Tourism Class 1 Handicap (1200m) at 4:25pm (AEDST) is one not to miss and for the win we are tipping one of the roughies, #6 Discover The Gold, drawn well for an upset.
