Godolphin runner Veranillo is one of the more experienced horses confirmed in the Vain Stakes field and is a live chance of winning the race after trialling well.

Second on debut at Ballarat on May 14^th, the Canford Cliffs colt was last seen comfortably winning the Clanbrooke Racing Handicap (1200m) on May 27^th.
