Nominations have been announced for the 2013 Eclipse Stakes, which will run at Caulfield Racecourse this Saturday November 16, 2013.
24 horses currently remain in the running for a start in the 16 horses field, including Mouro.

Mouro has won five of his 12 race starts and has earned more than $300,000 in prize money during his short career.
The four-year-old won the $150,000 Sale Cup last start and will be looking to replicate that performance when he lines up for the 2013 Eclipse Stakes.
Mouro contested the Group 1 Toorak Handicap two starts back, where he placed 11th of 17 runners.
The Grand Slam entire will be having his fourth spring start in the 2013 Eclipse Stakes and will be out to post his first Caulfield win.
Mouro is trained by Tony McEvoy at Angaston and will be having his first run over 1,800 metres.
Also included in the 2013 Eclipse Stakes nominations is Rain Drum.
Rain Drum has won six of his 13 race starts and has earned more than $252,000 in prize money.
The Fastnet Rock gelding has had three runs so far this preparation, with his first-up start resulting in a win in the Group 2 Shannon Stakes.
He has since placed fourth in both the Group 2 Crystal Mile and the Listed Visit Victoria Plate in Melbourne.
Rain Drum is trained by Gai Waterhouse and will also be seeking his first victory over the 1,800 metre distance.
Also included in the 2013 Eclipse Stakes nominations are Lord Of Brazil and Veewap.
