Today, Saturday February 5, punters are treated to a number of quality metro race meets including an eight-race programme at Brisbane’s Doomben Racecourse and here we have the exclusive Doomben Race Track Tips for our readers.

Saturday racing at Doomben kicks off with Race 1 – the $50,000 Sky Racing QTIS Two-Years-Old Handicap (1010m) at 1:17pm (AEDST).

Of the juveniles in Doomben Race 1 we fancy #7 Spinhro to score victory as they have the ideal draw with barrier one, always an advantage in these two-year-old races.

Some great Class races on the Doomben card including Race 3 – the $45,000 Woolworths Class 6 Plate (1350m) at 2:37pm (AEDST) where it looks best not to lay the favourite #7 Rokatoko coming off some great recent form.

Also plenty of top handicap showdowns to get in on in Brisbane this Saturday including Race 8 – the $50,000 Channel 7 QTIS Three-Years-Old Handicap (1110m) at 5:56pm (AEDST) where we fancy last start winner at the Gold Coast #14 Hangar Seven to claim the prize.

And, in Race 7 the $50,000 Carlton Mid Open Handicap (1350m) a little earlier at 5:17pm (AEDST) watch for Group placegetter Fifteen Carat, tipped to return to form with a drop back in class here following their last-start fifth behind Bold Glance in Magic Millions Cup, beaten by less than a length.
