Six-year-old Triple Honour is installed as the clear top pick to win the 2010 Craven Plate, currently paying $1.90 through Sportsbet after its eye-catching second in the Hill Stakes at Rosehill a fortnight ago.

Despite the dominance Triple Honour has over the betting, there are a number of other value picks in the Craven Plate field.

  • Purple (# 6) Each Way
  • C’est La Guerre (# 2) & The Embassy (# 5) to Place

Purple is the second favourite in the Craven Plate odds at $3.80 through Sportsbet, the Peter Snowden-trained mare coming off two third place finishes at Group level.
