A small field of just seven two-year-old colts and geldings will tackle the Group 2 Skyline Stakes (1200m) at Warwick Farm on Saturday.
The lightly raced juveniles are hard to split with four of the seven offering single figure odds in the betting market at Ladbrokes.com.au.
Exosphere is one of two Godolphin juveniles contesting the race and is the $2.30 firm favourite. The colt will enjoy the inside jump from barrier one with James McDonald to ride.
Exosphere made his debut back in November over 1100 metres at Rosehill but finished in last place after he was over raced and worked too hard to find the front. Following a three month spell, the colt resumed to win his maiden by an impressive four and a quarter lengths at Kembla Grove on February 14.
After settling down in last position about six lengths from the leader, Exosphere was taken to the outside on cornering for home and quickened to hit the front with 250m to go before drawing away in a highly impressive performance.
Of course in any juvenile race, a winner is never certain. Exosphere will face tough competition from his six rivals in the 2015 Skyline Stakes, three of which are at single figure prices.
The 2015 Skyline Stakes is one of two juvenile races running at Warwick Farm this Saturday. Check out the fixed-price live odds for the race below and make sure to place your bets at Ladbrokes.com.au for the best prices available.
