The final field and barriers for this Saturday?s Group 2 Betfair Sandown Guineas (1600m) have been announced, with the Darren Weir-trained Disco Summit drawing the outside barrier.
The $350 000 feature is set to be contested by a strong nine horse field, with Disco Summit standing as in-form Weir?s last chance in the race after his other entry Sublimity has been spelled.
Disco Summit will take on the race favourite Kidnapped, who he ran second to last start in the Group 3 Inglis Carbine Club Stakes. Ridden by Kerrin McEvoy, Peter Snowden?s Kidnapped will start from barrier five.
Other runners include the Dean Howard-trained It?llbefantastic (Barrier 2) coming off a win in the Listed Hilton Stakes on Emirates Stakes Day and Gai Waterhouse?s Turf Express (Barrier 7).
