Located in East Perth opposite the Western Australian Cricket Grounds, Gloucester Park is a first class harness racing racecourse which provides spectators with some of the best harness racing in Australia. The track holds race meetings midweek and on Saturdays all year round except for Easter Friday and features both standing and mobile starts.
Midweek pacing is held on Monday afternoons starting at midday and on Tuesday evenings beginning late afternoon or twilight. On Saturdays, the racecourse gates open 5.30 pm and the first race commences at 7.10 pm. |

There are generally eight races held on a Saturday night and ten races held during each weekday meet.
Home to harness racing in Perth for 74 years, Gloucester Park also features superb Friday night pacing which is hosted by the Fremantle Harness Racing Club. With 10 races on the cards, the night offers full tote facilities and family entertainment.
Gloucester Park is also host to the biggest New Years Eve party in Perth with fireworks, three stages with live bands and a crowd of over 20,000 people. The venue?s facilities include several restaurants, a bar and a child care centre.
