The four-year-old daughter of Not A Single Doubt scored at Royal Randwick upset on The Championships Day 2 taking out the last on the card.

Improving on an unplaced Hareeba Stakes run at Mornington, Secret Agenda enjoyed her fifth career win at start number sixteen defeating Missrock in the Group 2 Sapphire Stakes (1200m).

It was her first win since last September at home at Caulfield in the Group 3 How Now Stakes (1200m) and has earned her a trip to Morphettville this Adelaide Autumn Racing Carnival.

First-up will be a clash against her own kind on May 6 in the $1 million Group 1 Robert Sangster Stakes (1400m).

In the Robert Sangster Stakes field Secret Agenda is set to come up against the likes of TJ Smith Stakes runner-up English ($4.50) Group 1 winning filly I Am A Star ($6) who lead futures betting on the weight-for-age feature at Ladbrokes.com.au.

Also in the top-half of all-in Robert Sangster Stakes odds, Secret Agenda is at $9 to hand Price a fourth win in the race.

Price has previously prepared three Robert Sangster Stakes winners taking out the autumn showdown with Spirit Of Love (1998), French Bid (2004) and most recently Bel Mer (2009).

Mick Price will chase a fourth Robert Sangster Stakes win with Secret Agenda in 2017

The plan is then to stay on in South Australia dropping back in distance for the $1 million Group 1 Darley Goodwood (1200m) on May 20.

Price is also a multiple The Goodwood winning trainer have prepared Perfectly Ready (2006) and Velocitea (2010) for their wins in Adelaide’s feature sprint.

“She’s a good mare and she’s a good wet tracker which is why we brought her here [to Sydney],” Price told AAP on Sunday.

“She is on the way up this preparation and we will take her to Adelaide for the Group 1s, the Goodwood which is worth a million dollars and the Sangster.

“We won one of those races a few years back with Velocitea.”

Female gallopers enjoyed four straight The Goodwood wins from 2010 – 2013, before the boys took over including Black Heart Bart for Darren Weir in 2016.

Black Heart Bart is current favourite in futures The Goodwood odds online at Ladbrokes.com.au at $3.30 to go back-to-back in the race for the first time since Musket Belle way back in 1911-12.
