Warwick Farm today saw the running of an eight race card, including the Group 1 Randwick Guineas. While a number of favourites took out races today, there were also a few upset results.

In the feature race of the day, the 2011 Randwick Guineas, hot favourite Ilovethiscity won from Skilled and Light Brigade. Ilovethiscity paid $2.00 for the win at Luxbet and put in a great run.

The big upset result of the day was in Race 2, the Listed Sharp Eskimo Prince Stakes, where roughie Agister won paying a whopping $58.40 at Luxbet.

The Group 3 Skyline Stakes saw a close result, with a photo needed to separate Uate and race favourite Hot Snitzel. While Uate was given the win in the end with the distance declared as a nose, the photo showed that it was more like a whisker.

The Race 8 placings were protested with 3rd vs 2nd claiming interference, but the protest was eventually dismissed and the across the line results stand.
