Our experts are leaning towards the eastern state horses taking out the 2010 railway stakes this year. In early betting moves Trusting has been well supported and has been backed in from $6.50 to $5.50 with Luxbet , this horse has been performing well in group one company in the eastern states and is clearly the best of the east coast runners on form. Snipers Bullet won this race last year and his last 2 runs have been full of merit , we dont think he can beat Trusting but at $10 represents good value. Gathering who has been there abouts and racing well , from the good draw should get a good run and at $14 looks a chance.

The Chris Waller trained Triple Honour is not in the field to make up the numbers and at $21 is a good eachway chance.

Local hope and race favorite Colour Correct is racing well having won over 1800 meters last start by almost 2 lengths and running his last 600 in 34 and change on paper form does look to be competitive but we feel perth tracks do race fast and would be surprized if this form measured up to good eastern state group 1 form.
