The closing Group 1 meeting of the Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival takes place at Randwick Racecourse today, Saturday April 18, with All Aged Stakes Day 2015 lighting up the track.
Eight races are on the program and after two weekends of rain-affected tracks for The Championships, the cloud cover is still there at Randwick today with rain coming.
The weather isn’t tipped to turn wet however until post-race card late this afternoon, so the current Randwick track rating of a Soft (6) should hold.
The All Aged Stakes Day card features six Group races with non-black type racing to start and finish the meeting, which kicks off at 12:35pm (AEST) and concludes with Race 8 at 5:05pm (AEST).
The hottest markets on all eight Randwick races today can be found online at Ladbrokes.com.au who are the only bookie offering Best Tote or SP + 20% on the two Group 1s meaning you will win 20% more on the All Aged Stakes and Champagne Stakes if you back the winner with them this autumn!

One of the single-figure hopes Kourkam from the Tony McEvoy stables is the only scratching from the 2015 Japan Racing Association Plate, the Team Hawkes-trained Leebaz ($3.60) favourite to win Race 5.

The day’s major, the 2015 All Aged Stakes features its original 13-starter field that includes 10 individual Group 1 winners including the easing favourite Chautauqua ($3.30) who isn’t vulnerable from the inside alley according to co-trainer John Hawkes.
