The countdown to the annual Tasmanian Summer Racing Carnival heats up this Sunday, December 19^th, as Hobart Racecourse hosts their first black-type feature of the season, the $90,000 Listed Tasmanian Stakes (1600m).

The 2010 Tasmanian Stakes has attracted a final field of 12 quality milers and will run as Race 7 at Hobart on Sunday.
