This Sunday the prestigious Sha Tin racecourse is set to host the coveted Hong Kong International Raceday with the Hong Kong Mile featuring as one of the four highly anticipated Group 1 races.

A line up of 14 sensational gallopers from right across the globe are set to contest the 1600m event sponsored by Cathay Pacific. With stakes set at HK$15million (approx. AUS $2.3million) the competition will be fierce.

The only Australian runner in the Mile this year is the John O?Shea-trained Racing To Win, currently a $17 chance to claim victory in his first international race venture. The star galloper is one of only five Group 1 champions in the final field and will be hoping to return to the winning form that saw him blitz his rivals in the Theo Marks back in September.
