Ten sprinters remain in contention for Saturday’s Listed Regal Roller Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield Racecourse; offering punters exceptional value from a betting perspective and several key opportunities to place a winning wager.

Fast ‘N’ Rocking was close to returning to winning form last start and remains an outright $2.80 favourite in 2016 Regal Roller Stakes betting markets at Ladbrokes.com.au, ahead of Voodoo Lad ($3.90) and market mover Girl Guide ($5).

Will Fast ‘N’ Rocking finally return to winning form in the Regal Roller Stakes, or will one of his many talented rivals post black type success at Caulfield this weekend?

Gold Symphony ($13)

Gold Symphony is sure to have taken plenty of benefit from his first-up run for fourth in the July Sprint (1100m) on July 23^rd and is over the Regal Roller Stakes odds at his current $13 quote. A notable spring performer having taken out each of the Group 3 Vain Stakes (1100m) and Group 3 McNeil Stakes (1200m) in 2015, the Reward For Effort entire failed to make much of an impact in his final preparation for the recently-retired Peter Moody in autumn, but has clearly taken well to his time with Peter and Paul Snowden. Gold Symphony will require luck in running from a wide draw, but should prove tough to beat with only 54kgs on his back.

Girl Guide ($5)

Consistent mare Girl Guide opened at 2016 Regal Roller Stakes odds of $11 for success but has continued to herald a great deal of interest; cutting into a quote of $5. A stakes winner during her time in the care of David Hayes & Tom Dabernig, Girl Guide clearly relished a transfer to Ciaron Maher’s stables when second in the Listed Bel Esprit Stakes (1100m) first-up on April 23^rd. While unable to make anything of an impact in either of the Listed Wangoom Handicap (1200m) or Group 3 Sir John Monash Stakes (1100m) most recently, Girl Guide is drawn on the rails in the Regal Roller Stakes and will be partnered by leading hoop Craig Williams.

Taddei Tondo ($14)

Taddei Tondo has returned to racing in typically competitive form this time, is a proven performer amongst similar fields to this and represents terrific value at current Regal Roller Stakes odds. Claiming a career total of seven wins and eleven minors through forty-four starts, the Danerich gelding ran third in the Rosehill sprint over 1200m on July 16^th before placing fourth in the Group 3 Bletchingly Stakes (1200m) a fortnight ago.
