There are a number of big races taking place at Caulfield on Saturday and one of the most exciting events will be the Group 3 McNeil Stakes (1200m) that will feature the return of undefeated filly Miracles Of Life.

The McNeil Stakes will be the first Group race to take place at Caulfield tomorrow with the barriers set to open for the fourth race on the card at 2.10pm (AEST).

Miracles Of Life will be returning to the races for the first time since her brilliant victory in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes (1200m) in February and, based on the weight of money, punters expect her to return to her winning ways tomorrow.

The Daniel Clarken-trained filly opened at odds of $3 but has been crunched into $2.60 with a number of betting organizations reportedly accepting some very large bets for the daughter of Not A Single Doubt.

Tony Vasil-trained Prince Harada has also been well backed after impressing with a strong victory in the Alternate Railway Handicap (1200m) at Moonee Valley on June 15.

The Haradasun colt is now into odds of $3.60 to extend his own unbeaten streak and is also one of the leading fancies in the betting market for the 2013 Caulfield Guineas (1600m).

Unlucky colt Fast ‘N’ Rocking ($4.60), who is chasing his first ever career victory,  and Peter Moody-trained Thermal Current ($8) are the only other horses in the field available at single figure odds.

#1 Miracles Of Life ($2.70)

Miracles Of Life has been flawless during her racing career thus far and based on a recent barrier trial victory has returned as a three-year-old in excellent condition. 1200 metres would appear to be the perfect distance for the speedy filly and she might be able to outpace her biggest rival Prince Harada.

#3 Prince Harada $3.80

Prince Harada has all the makings of a very talented colt but he will face a serious step-up in class in the McNeil Stakes. Trainer Tony Vasil has a high opinion of the colt but even he admits that the 1200 metres is not his best distance. Expect Prince Harada to be rocketing home later.

#2 Fast ‘N’ Rocking $4.50

Fast ‘N’ Rocking has been tagged the ‘best maiden in Australia’ after his unlucky second place finish behind Safeguard in the Group 3 Vain Stakes (1100m). The Fastnet Rock colt appears to find trouble during his races but has a good chance to break his winning drought on Saturday.
