Telesmon has won Rosehill Race 1
If Race 1 at Rosehill Gardens is anything to go by it’s going to be a fantastic day of racing in Sydney today.
The Wicked Energy Drinks Handicap was won by Telesmon in fine style from Patricians Glory in a photo from Well Handled.
The pace was electric right from the jump with Warringah charging to a six length lead and not letting up until fading down the home straight.
Telesmon looked completely out of it when they entered the turn but Schofield managed to kick the horse into gear half way down the straight and take it to the leaders.
The win ended up being comfortable enough and the horse clearly had plenty left in the tank.
Well Handled was probably running on better than Patricians Glory when they hit the line but just couldn’t quite do enough in a photo.
Patricians Glory had a steady run right from the jump and it was a gutsy second placing to hang on late.
They both had a big gap on Stand To Gain which rounded out the first four.
