Blue Diamond Stakes Day has proved to be as action-packed as ever, with seven Group races featuring as part of the day.
The first group race of the day was won by Greg Eurell’s Pinker Pinker, who burst from the middle of the field to win the Group 2 Angus Armanasco Stakes in Race 3.
More Joyous demonstrated her dominance once again over her opponents when she won the 2011 Futurity Stakes in Race 5.
The More Than Ready mare appears unbeatable in her attempt to continue her winning streak this preparation.
The second Group 1 races of the day was won by Eagle Falls, who won paying big odds of $23.10 at Luxbet and is now aimed at the 2011 Newmarket Handicap.
The feature race of the day, the 2011 Blue Diamond Stakes, was won in incredible style by the talented Sepoy who blitzed the field by more than four lengths.
Sepoy has now won all three legs of the 2011 Blue Diamond, previously winning the Blue Diamond Prelude and the Blue Diamond Preview.
