The racing action kicks off at Doomben tomorrow with Race 1 the $45,000 Lyndhurst Stud Two Metro Wins Handicap (1615m) at 1:20pm (AEDST) where our favourite of the field is #7 Smuggler’s Inn drawn ideally in barrier two and tipped to improve her today with a good light weight.
Another event not to miss is Race 7 the $50,000 QTIS Three-Years-Old Handicap (1350m) at 5:20pm (AEDST) where a classy field of sprinters will face off.
In Race 7 we have #7 Al Faher as the pick to win at juicy odds, the best roughie pick of the day having drawn well in gate five and coming off two close second place finishes.
The headline event is the 2011 Nudgee Fillies & Mares Quality Handicap running as Race 6 at 4:40pm (AEDST).
