The Adelaide Cup field is down to 19 runners after a host of early scratchings from the original acceptors and betting at Ladbrokes.com.au is led by Darren Weir’s last start Lord Reims Stakes winner Master Of Arts ($4.40).

Other highlights of the day include the Magic Millions Adelaide 2YO Classic (Race 3) for the eligible two-year-olds including Undoubtable Miss, the Listed Matrice Stakes (Race 6) where perennial runner-up Lyuba is in with a chance and the Listed CS Hayes Memorial Cup (1600m) where Burning Front chases a fifth win on the trot.
