The six-year-old daughter of Written Tycoon represented the stable first-up in the Group 2 Missile Stakes (1200m) on August 6 at Randwick after her Golden Slipper Stakes winning stablemate Capitalist was scratched from the race.

Jumping a $9.50 shot in the small five-starter field, Tycoon Tara enjoyed a half-length win on the Heavy (10) track where she will return again this weekend.

She is dually nominated at the meeting entered for both the Group 3 Show County Quality (1200m) as well as for the $125,000 Group 3 Toy Show Quality (1300m).

The latter is open only to fillies and mares and attracted 13 entries, nominations extended until 11:00am (AEST) on Tuesday morning.

Tycoon Tara has a stellar record over the Toy Show Quality distance with three wins from four previous runs over the 1300m and is joined in the nominations by stablemate Typhoon Jolie.

Along with Tycoon Tara the other equal highest-rated nominee for the race is the Tim Martin-trained Heavens Above.

Last time in she finished top three in all seven of her assignments including the Group 3 Aspiration Stakes (1600m) win back in March at Randwick.

She went on to run second in her two final autumn runs including a brave effort behind Azkadellia in the Group 1 Queen Of The Turf Stakes (1600m) from April 9 giving the ultra-consistent daughter of Street cry a record of two wins, a second and a third from four Randwick runs to date.

Sydney’s best trainer Chris Waller has two Toy Show Quality entries for 2016 nominating for Snitzel five-year-old Elle Lou who was last seen winning over 1350m at Rosehill in mid-July and the flying Pioneering.

Four-year-old Sebring mare Pioneering has won her past three on the trot, all throughout July, including a last start victory over 1400m at Rosehill.

She is yet to win from three previous Randwick assignments however where her last run produced a fifth behind Rustic Melody over 1400m from June 11.

Also coming off a win are the likes of the Kris Lees-trained More Than Ready four-year-old Knit ‘N’ Purl who won here on August 6 by two lengths over 1200m, the in-form Nicconi mare Nieta for John Thompson and the Grant Marshall-trained Slots.

A seven-year-old daughter of Casino Prince, the Newcastle-based Slots saluted over 1250m in the mud carrying 58.5kg at Canterbury on July 23 but hasn’t raced at Randwick since her last (seventh) to Amicus in the Group 2 Breeders Classic (1200m) in early February.
