Running as Race 6 on Makybe Diva Stakes Day at 3:25pm (AEST) this weekend, the $200,000 Group 2 Bobbie Lewis Quality (1200m) field features 13 hopefuls with markets led by the Ken Keys-trained four-year-old Rich Enuff ($3.40).

Coming off a first-up second to classy mare Bounding in the Group 3 The Heath 1100 (1100m) at Caulfield, the Group 1 placed Written Tycoon stallion is undefeated second-up and should also appreciate getting up to 1200m having won two from three over the distance to date.

In a tight Bobbie Lewis Quality betting market there are four other single figure hopes including the $6 second fancy Lucky Hussler drawn a treat in gate two with Glen Boss to ride the returning Darren Weir-trained Group 1 William Reid Stakes winning Husson gelding.

Also under $10 for the win are the David Hayes & Tom Dabernig-trained last start Moonee Valley winner Churchill Dancer ($7.50), Team Hawkes’ consistent Fastnet Rock four-year-old Kaepernick ($7.50) and the Robert Smerdon-trained The Goodwood third placed stallion Under The Louvre ($8.50).

So can one of the runners at the top of the markets salute for the punters or is there an upset Bobbie Lewis Quality result on the agenda from the likes of Group 1 placed mare Gregers ($11) or market mover Setinum ($12)?

#8 Setinum ($12)

Shane Fliedner’s Bendigo-trained four-year-old was 11th last time out but can be forgiven for the Group 1 Memsie Stakes (1400m) run where he faced a star-studded field at just his 10th start. He was far from disgraced beaten under three lengths as a 41/1 outsider and is good value here to return to winning form. He won first-up at Caulfield beating some decent types including Platinum Rocker in the Listed Regal Roller Stakes (1200m) in mid-August. For the Memsie he had 58.5kg and barrier 15, the drop right back to the 53kg minimum her and a much nicer gate four draw for he and jockey Chris Parnham will see the improve.

#4 Rich Enuff ($3.40)

This Cranbourne-trained Written Tycoon stallion is deserving favourite but just a little too short to take for the win. He has won two from three over the distance and is looking to improve on his first-up second when beaten four lengths over 1100m. Was one of last season’s top three-year-olds running second in the Caulfield Guineas over a mile, and his last start at Flemington produced a Group 2 Danehill Stakes (1200m) win at this same meeting 12 months ago. Favourable barrier three draw this weekend and top hoop Damien Oliver takes over for Dwayne Dunn who is on Kaepernick in the same race.

#6 Riziz ($16)

Adding some value to the top three is Ken Sweeney’s Adelaide raider Riziz, the veteran seven-year-old coming off back-to-back wins at home including his victory over Alpine Eagle in the Penny Edition Stakes on August 22. He carried 59kg last time out to win over the 1200m, a distance he has nine wins over. Drops back to 56kg on Saturday which will suit. He also has won two from four at Flemington and is in ace form.
