2015 Dark Jewel Classic Day Scratchings & Track Report

The second day of the Scone Cup Carnival runs in the Hunter Region of New South Wales today with Dark Jewel Classic Day 2015 headlined by the Group 3 race for fillies and mares.

It’s a cloudy day trackside at Scone Racecourse for the feature meeting, only a very low chance of rain and a cool top temperature of 17 degrees for the race goers.

The track is currently rated a Good (3) and set to stay in that range across the eight-race program that kicks off at 12:05pm (AEST) with the $140,000 Listed Woodlands Stakes (1100m) and continues through until the $140,000 Listed Arrowfield Ortensia Stakes (1100m) at 4:30pm (AEST).
