Two Word Doncaster Mile 2015 Form Guide

The 2015 Doncaster Mile takes centre stage at Randwick Racecourse on Saturday as the headliner of four Group 1 Sydney races on Day 1 of The Championships, and below is the famous two-word form guide on the classic.

Running as the penultimate event on a bumper 10-race program, the $3 million Group 1 The Star 150th Doncaster Mile (1600m) is due to jump as Randwick Race 9 at 5:10pm (AEDT).

Doncaster Mile betting markets at the country’s premier online sportsbook have the Bart & James Cummings-trained Randwick Guineas winner Hallowed Crown as the firming $5.50 favourite.

Three-year-olds have a gun record in the race, he comes off a brave Rosehill Guineas third over 2000m which has proved a winning formula into the Donny Mile before and handles a rain-affected track that he could get this weekend.

That said there is a host of star rivals reading to stop the favourite come jump time including Chris Waller’s second emergency Kermadec ($6.50) sweating on a start, the Japanese George Ryder Stakes winner Real Impact ($7) who the wet is a concern for, market mover Pornichet ($8) for the race’s most successful trainer Gai Waterhouse and last year’s runner-up Royal Descent ($9.50).

Earlier in the week we published a detailed 2015 Doncaster Mile Form Guide & Preview but with four Group 1 races to get bets down on at Ladbrokes this weekend who has time for that?

See below where we’ve sorted those to back and those to sack in the Doncaster Mile by summing up each runner’s chances in just two words.
