A five-year-old daughter of Not A Single Doubt she is prepared locally at Spretyton by one of the state’s premier trainers Campbell and is one of 15 fillies and mares making up the field for the $150,000 Group 3 Bow Mistress Trophy (1200m).

Drawn ideally in barrier two for jockey Brendon McCoull, Arenzano comes off back-to-back fourth place finishes this Tasmanian Summer Racing Carnival.

Two back was over 1100m at the track before her fourth behind Hellova Street in the Listed Stakes (1200m) at Launceston on January 21.

Campbell is also represented in the field by his Churchill Downs six-year-old Miss Middleton who comes off some very competitive form.

She won on New Year’s Eve at Launceston over 1200m in a one and three-quarter length victory over Hailed from a wide barrier 11 of 12 draw before a second behind another Bow Mistress hopeful Sh’Bourne Spirit last start.

There are three start winners in this year’s Bow Mistress Trophy field with the resuming I Love it (barrier 12), the aforementioned Sh’Bourne Spirit (barrier nine) and the in-form Wonzee (barrier 11).

John Salanitri’s Caulfield visitor I Love It won over 1200m at Ballarat in November for her third career win at start number seven and is first-up here, the Artie Schiller four-year-old looking to continue her ace record of two wins from three starts when resuming.

The Bill Ryan-trained Savoire Vivre six-year-old is a local hope with four wins from seven runs over the distance who won here at Hobart on January 25 over 1100m, the step up to 1200m set to suit.

Wonzee then may be drawn wide but comes off back-to-back Launceston wins, the Myboycarhile four-year-old having saluted over 1200m on December 17 and again on January 21 at Tasmanian’s other premier track.

She is undefeated over the distance then and also boasts an outstanding record at Hobart with two wins and a third from her three previous runs here.

Another notable interstate raider is then Robbie Griffiths’ Cranbourne-based Nadeem Lass who ran fifth first-up over 1200m at Moonee Valley on January 24.

Other exciting Bow Mistress Trophy chances in 2015 include stakes performed Commands mare Awasita and the Mark Riley-trained Danerich five-year-old Grand Gallop from Mornington.
