The 2014 Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival has been plagued by wet tracks, but Sydney has produced a stunning day and the Royal Randwick track is currently rated as a Dead 4 – the best that the track has presented in a month.

The excellent condition of the Royal Randwick track means that there have been very few scratchings across George Main Stakes Day, but there are still relatively small fields in all races.

The Royal Randwick card features a number of difficult betting races, but leading online bookmaker Ladbrokes.com.au is giving punters some insurance by refunding all bets placed on horses that finish second to the starting price favourite!
