Miss Stellabelle has not been seen at the races since she finished her 2013 Autumn Racing Carnival campaign with a sixth place finish in the Group 2 Dane Ripper Stakes (1400m) at Eagle Farm on June 8.

The daughter of Dehere was unable to record a win during her autumn campaign, with her best result a second place finish behind Arinosa in the Group 2 Sapphire Stakes (1200m) at Royal Randwick on April 13, and has not scored a race win since she took out the Listed Mona Lisa Stakes (1350m) at Wyong in September of 2012.

Miss Stellabelle is chasing her first win at Group level since she took out the Group 3 Champagne Stakes (1200m) during the 2013 Spring Racing Carnival, but has previously recorded just one first-up win from four starts.

Peter Moody-trained Kneeling has also been included in the Bow Mistress Trophy final field and has performed well in two appearances at the races this preparation.

Kneeling resumed with a third place finish behind Karacatis and Richie’s Vibe in the Listed Christmas Stakes (1200m) at Caulfield on Boxing Day and was far from disgraced when fifth behind Anlon in the Listed Manifold Stakes (1400m).

The Encosta De Lago mare is chasing her first win at Group level; with her fifth place finish in the 2012 edition of the Surround Stakes (1400m) her previous best result in group company.

Another Victorian-trained galloper that has been included in the 2014 Bow Mistress Trophy field is You Can Dance who is taking winning form into the race after taking out the Alternative Railway Handicap (1200m) at Moonee Valley on January 24.

The Redoute’s Choice mare is having just her second start in a Group event, after finishing eighth behind Dystopia in the Group 3 Mumm Stakes (1100m) at Flemington on November 7, and will be making his Tasmanian racing debut.

Rebel Bride, Isibaeva, Terra Amata, Snippetee Bee, Anelene and California Wish round out the 2014 Bow Mistress Trophy final field.

There is a number of Group races taking place around Australia this weekend and you can find the best odds at Ladbrokes.com.au.
