Plenty Of Value In 2014 Nudgee Quality Handicap Betting Markets

There is plenty of value in the 2014 Nudgee Quality HandicapĀ betting market; with punters keen to back a number of runners in the Listed event that will be run at Eagle Farm on Saturday.

Sept De Coeurs is the only filly in the field, but has received plenty of support to break through for her first win at Listed level this weekend.

The daughter of Show A Heart resumed with a dominant win in the National Rental Solutions Handicap (1000m) at the Sunshine Coast on December 21 and was far from disgraced when finishing within half a length of Driefontein in the Magic Millions Fillies And Mare Handicap (1300m) at the Gold Coast on January 11.

Sept De Coeurs should get a lovely run into the race from barrier five and is currently available at Nudgee Quality Handicap odds of $5.

Talented mares Miss Leibert and Little Brown Horse are both on the second line of 2014 Nudgee Quality Handicap betting markets at odds of $7.50.

Miss Leibert has recorded three wins from nine starts this preparation, including a win over Little Brown Horse in the Coca-Cola Amatil Handicap (1350m) at Doomben on December 28, and was an unlucky second behind Driefontein in Magic Millions Fillies And Mare Handicap.

The Falvelon mare is having just her second start at Listed level and had no luck in her previous black-type appearance; finishing ninth behind Divine City in the Listed Just Now Handicap (1350m) after being blocked for a run in the final stages of the race.

Another mare chasing their maiden win at Listed level is fan-favourite Little Brown Horse, who has been in excellent form since returning to the races in November 30.

Little Brown Horse resumed with a win in the Dapco Handicap (1200m) at the Gold Coast and made it two wins from as many starts in the Barrier Reef Pools Handicap (1200m) before being denied a win by Miss Leibert.

The Waterford Road mare missed the start and was never a winning chance in the Listed Goldmarket Quality (1300m) at the Gold Coast on January 4, but returned to her best form with a dominant win in the Gallopers Sports Club Handicap (1350m) at Doomben on January 18.

Other mares that have been well supported in 2014 Nudgee Quality Handicap Betting Markets include the consistent Holy Delusions ($9) and last start winner Interject ($9).
