2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G) – Nominations Announced

Nominations have been released for the Listed Blue Diamond Preview (C&G), which is due to take place at Caulfield Racecourse this Saturday January 25, 2014.

A total of 15 colts and geldings have nominated for a run in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G), including Ducal Castle.

Ducal Castle has had just one race start so far, placing second in the $80,000 Better Beyond Plate at Flemington on January 11, 2014.

The Domesday colt has won close to $15,000 in prize money and will be out to drastically improve on that sum when he runs in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G) this weekend.

Ducal Castle is trained at Caulfield by Peter Moody and will have the home track advantage in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G).

Also included in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G) nominations is Mohave.

Mohave will also be having his second ever race start in this Saturday’s race after placing a close second in the Listed NSW Thoroughbred Breeders’ Plate at Royal Randwick on October 5.

After a long break, Mohave is now back and ready to score his first win in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G).

The Exceed And Excel colt is trained by Peter Snowden at Flemington and have won more than $20,000 in prize money so far.

Stingray and Cornrow are also included in the 2014 Blue Diamond Preview (C&G) nominations.
