Paximadia has won three of his seven race starts and has earned more than $286,000 in prize money during his horse racing career.

The three-year-old won his last start in the Group 3 Carbine Club Stakes and will be looking to recreate that winning form in the 2013 Sandown Guineas.

Paximadia is trained at Flemington by Peter Snowden and will be having his fourth spring start when he runs this weekend.

The Commands colt will likely be ridden by regular jockey Kerrin McEvoy in the 2013 Sandown Guineas.

Also included in the 2013 Sandown Guineas nominations is stable mate Champollion.

Champollion has won one of his 11 race starts and has warned more than $108,000 in prize money.

The Exceed And Excel colt has failed to perform at his peak this spring racing carnival, with his best result being a third in the Listed Vintage Stakes on October 5.

Apart from that run, he has not placed better than seventh in his other four runs.

Champollion will be out to turn his luck around in the $350,000 race.

Pompeius and Politeness are also included in the 2013 Sandown Guineas nominations.
