Guelph placed second in the Group 2 Furious Stakes last start and will be second-up in this weekend’s 2013 Tea Rose Stakes.

The Exceed And Excel filly has won four of her eight race starts and has earned more than $934,000 million in prize money during her short horse racing career.

Guelph is trained by Peter Snowden at Warwick Farm and is nominated for both the Group 1 Thousand Guineas and $3 million Cox Plate this spring.

The dual Group 1 winner claimed victory in both the Sires’ Produce Stakes and the Champagne Stakes during the autumn carnival as a two-year-old.

Also included in the 2013 Tea Rose Stakes nominations is Romantic Moon.

Romantic Moon has won two of her five race starts and has earned more than $101,000 in prize money during her career.

The More Than Ready filly placed fifth in her spring début in the Group 2 Chelmsford Stakes nine days ago.

Romantic Moon won the Group 3 Sweet Embrace Stakes during the autumn and will be looking to add a Group 2 title to her list of achievements.

Bound For Earth and Arabian Gold also feature amongst the 2013 Tea Rose Stakes nominations.
