Hidden Kisses & Royal Descent Quinella Toy Show Quality 2013

Chris Waller has continued his impressive performance in Sydney by winning his third race from three races with Hidden Kisses at Warwick Farm Racecourse today.

Hidden Kisses won the 2013 Toy Show Quality ahead of stable mate and race favourite Royal Descent in what was a Chris Waller quinella.

The six-year-old has only recently joined Waller’s stables, with today being just her third start for the trainer.

Hidden Kisses has thrived since transferring south from Robert Heathcote in Queensland and has won two of those three runs.

All up, the six-year-old has won eight of her 36 race starts and has earned more than $435,000 in prize money during her horse racing career.

Hidden Kisses was paying odds of $7 to win the 2013 Toy Show Quality at bookmaker.com.au.

Waller was full of praise for both Hidden Kisses and Royal Descent after the race was run.

“She’s done a great job,” he said of Hidden Kisses.

“Race fitness is a wonderful thing.

“She’s done her job, it’s great for the connections.

“Rob Heathcote send her down in good condition and she’s thrived.”

Meanwhile, he believes Royal Descent is still on track for a run in the 2013 Caulfield Cup and possibly the $6.2 million Melbourne Cup.

“She got a little bit tired,” Waller said of today’s run.
