BTC Cup Day 2013 – Eagle Farm Scratchings

BTC Cup Day is set to take place at Eagle Farm Racecourse today May 11, 2013, with the first race scheduled to run at 12.10pm (AEST).

With the track currently rated a Good 3, there have been minimal scratchings for the eight-card event.

The Group 1 BTC Cup has seen no scratchings, with all 11 horses due to line up for a run in the $400,000 race over 1,200 metres this afternoon.

However, there have been withdrawals from the other three Group races on today’s 2013 BTC Cup Day.

The 2013 Champagne Classic has seen Little Miss Smileyscratched from the field.

Little Miss Smiley has won one of her five race starts and has earned more than $33,000 in prize money during her short career.

The two-year-old placed second behind Everage in the Listed Keith Mackay Handicap at Randwick Racecourse last month, before placing fifth in the Listed Ken Russell Memorial Classic on May 4.

Mishani Stealth, Prize and Chapkin have been scratched from the 2013 Rough Habit Plate, while Zennista, Strike The Stars, Markout, Master Avatar and Borehole have scratched from the 2013 Chairman’s Handicap.
