Late Betting Update – 2013 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes

Betting odds have been released for the 2013 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes, which will take place at Ascot Racecourse this afternoon.

The Reset filly will be out to continue her flawless career when she runs in the Group 3 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes.

Ms Funovits, who is trained by John Sadler at Flemington, proved her class upon winning the Group 2 Karrakatta Plate at Ascot by one and a half lengths on April 6.

She will now attempt to successfully back up in today’s 2013 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes with jockey Ben Melham aboard.

The two-year-old has both her career starts and has earned more than $350,000 in prize money during her short career.

Second favourite to win the 2013 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes is Camporella, who is currently paying $5.50 at bookmaker.com.au.

The Daniel Morton-trained filly placed third behind Ms Funovits in the Karrakatta Plate last start, after winning the Listed Gimcrack Stakes in March.

Camporella has won three of her six race starts and has earned more than $268,000 in prize money.

Third favourite for the 2013 WA Sires’ Produce Stakes is Trichologist at $9, while the least backed runners at bookmaker.com.au are Miss Saadi and Sky Divine at $151.
