A huge day at Rosehill on Saturday and one of the key support races to the three Group 1s is the Group 2 2013 Phar Lap Stakes (1500m).
Eleven three-year-olds will contest the $175,000 event and the open betting market is currently headed by Ashokan ($4.20) who is only slightly ahead of Ninth legion ($4.60).
Sharing the third line of betting at $6 are Toydini and Albrecht who have both shown quality in the past but will have to bounce back from early autumn performances.
Others in the Phar Lap Stakes market include Mick Kent’s colt High Shot ($11) and the consistent Force Command ($12) who comes from the Cranbourne stable of Greg Eurell.

#8 Force Command $12
Think this colt may be over the odds at $12. Is coming off a third-place effort behind Bradman and Ninth Legion in the Bendigo Guineas despite jumping from a wide barrier.
Well drawn here in barrier five to assume a better position in running. A win seems just around the corner for the son of Commands who was second in both the Group 3 CS Hayes Stakes and the Listed Manfred Stakes earlier in the autumn.
Ninth Legion seems to be improving with every run and should get a favourable run from barrier three.
Won at Sandown before finishing a narrow second in the Bendigo Guineas and returns to the track where he finished fourth in the Golden Rose in the spring.
Golden Rose runner-up Albrecht has missed a place in three autumn starts in Melbourne where he never looked comfortable.
Back to Sydney where he won at Group level in the spring and can bounce back here.
