Rebel Dane has won four of his five race starts and has earned more than $260,000 in prize money.

The California Dane colt was unbeaten until his last start in the Group 2 Hobartville Stakes, where he produced a gallant second to champion colt Pierro.

Rebel Dane was only beaten by a nose in the race, cementing his top form going into the 2013 Randwick Guineas this weekend.

The three-year-old is trained by Gary Portelli at Warwick Farm Racecourse and will have the home track advantage in the 2013 Randwick Guineas.

Also included in the 2013 Randwick Guineas nominations is Proisir.

Proisir has won three of his six race starts and has earned more than $390,000 in prize money during his horse racing career.

The Choisir colt will be second-up in the 2013 Randwick Guineas after placing third in the Hobartville Stakes behind Pierro and Rebel  Dane last start.

Proisir, who is trained by Gai Waterhouse at Royal Randwick Racecourse, will be searching for his first group 1  title in the 2013 Randwick Guineas.

Honorius and It’s A Dundeel are also included in the 2013 Randwick Guineas nominations.
