Dear Demi has won the Group 1 Crown Oaks at Flemington Racecourse today November 8, 2012.
The three-year-old proved that she could stay the 2,500 metre trip and out-sprinted race favourite Zydeco in the final straight.
Summerbliss finished the race in third, while market mover Maraatib placed a gallant fourth.

The Dehere filly has now won four of her 15 race starts and has earned more than $1.1 million in prize money during her horse racing career.
