The Princess Series for three-year-old fillies continues this afternoon with the 2012 Furious Stakes (1400m) at Warwick Farm and it promises to be a close contest.
The first race of the Princess Series, the Silver Shadow Stakes, was dominated by short-priced favourite Nechita but with her skipping this race in favour of the Golden Rose there are plenty of winning chances.
Current favourite is Silver Shadow Stakes runner-up Meidung ($4.60) who is followed by fellow Silver Shadow placegetter Dear Demi ($6.00).
In what is an open betting affair, five other horses fall under double figures and they are Jade Marauder ($6.50), Flying Snitzel ($7.50), Roll The Bones ($8.00) and Doubtfilly ($8.00).
In what is a tough betting race, the Races.com.au team have been hard at work analysing the form and bring your our very best tips for tomorrow’s three-year-old fillies’ feature.
#2 Dear Demi $6.00
This Clarry Connors-trained filly hit the line well to grab third in the Silver Shadow Stakes (1200m) and will appreciate the extra distance here.
Being targeted at the Queensland Oaks but don’t let that scare you as she can run a very handy race over a shorter trip.
Golden Slipper fourth Doubtfilly was ridden forward from an awkward barrier in Brisbane first-up and fought on well to finish second and she will be in a quieter manner on this occasion.
Very consistent filly who always gives her best and a good performance on Saturday will see her go to the Golden Rose.
Flying Snitzel was unlucky when sixth in the Silver Shadow as she got caught three wide but still managed to the line well. Will appreciate the extra distance this weekend.
This bonus can be split four ways allowing you to have a $100 free bet on four different spring features.
