The Winner

#9 Alltherightmoves ($4.20)

Boring backing the favourite but with the track rated heavy and further rain predicted this afternoon, it is horses who can handle the wet that will be the order of the day.

The local four-year-old has shown she can do just that with three of her six career wins coming on slow or heavy tracks and only once has she been beaten on a wet surface.

With six wins from eight starts, the daughter of Johannesburg looks more than ready to handle the step up to Listed level this weekend and is set for a big showing carrying the minimum weight of 54.5kg.

The Placings

#8 Saraji ($7.70) and #5 Mascareri ($4.40)

Barry Baldwin-trained filly Saraji has been in good form since her preparation begain in April and she looks set to come out of the gates firing when she runs from the inside barrier.

The promising three-year-old has six wins from 13 starts and began first-up with a win in the Racing Retro Handicap before running third in the Listed Mick Dittman Plate at Eagle Farm two weeks ago.

Mascareri may not have won since April last year but the daughter of Commands is a proven wet-track runner and produced a solid effort when sixth last start in a reasonable Wenona Girl Quality field at Randwick.

The Roughie

#6 Miss Imagica ($61.00)

This up-and-down Toowoomba based mare is very hit and miss but when she fires she is capable of running a very good race.

A winner of eight of 24 starts, the Michael Nolen-trained four-year-old produced a stunning effort just two starts ago to win the Listed Weetwood Handicap in Toowoomba.

If on song anything could happen and at huge odds could be worth a nibble each way.
