Headlining the 23-horse list nominations list for the $150,000 Listed event is Peter Snowden-trained gelding Pied A Terre who will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing eighth in his last start in the Group 2 Ajax Stakes.

The talented son of Ad Valorem has a promising record of four wins from seven starts including victory in the Group 2 Autumn Stakes at Caulfield in early February.

Colorado Claire is another with a successful resume to be included in nominations, having recorded five wins from seven outings.

The highlight victory for the John O’Shea-trained filly came in her last start when she finished ahead of Rekindled Alliance and Wild And Proud in the Group 2 Phar Lap Stakes at Rosehill.

Kris Lees-trained colt Uate will continue his return after disappointing with a 10th place finish in the Gosford Guineas on April 22.

Named after the Newcastle Knights star winger, the Ad Valorem colt showed signs of his early career potential when finishing second in his first-up effort in the Maurice McCarten Stakes but struggled in slow conditions at Gosford.

The winner of three from nine starts has a history of poor performances in the wet but has the talent to push for victory if condition suit this Saturday.

More Than Ready gelding Landing has also been nominated after proving highly impressive in his young career.

Trained by Gai Waterhouse, Landing has dominated all comers in his four starts with his smallest victory coming by 1.8 lengths last start in the Listed South Pacific Classic.

Other horses nominated for the Hawkesbury Guineas include Peter Snowden colt Free Wheeling, Australian Guineas runner Fontelina and South Pacific Classic runner-up Sacred Pins.
