Black Caviar Day – Morphetville Scratchings 28/4

Foul weather has stayed away from Adelaide over the past couple of days which has seen the Morphetville track rated as dead (4) ahead of Black Caviar’s much-hyped attempt at a 20th straight win and an Australasian record for consecutive victories.

Apart from the Group 1 Robert Sangster Stakes that will see nine rivals line up against the champion mare there is plenty of other quality racing including the Group 1 Australasian Oaks.

There have been no scratchings in the two feature events and the fine weather has seen limited scratchings across the other races which should make for a sensational day of racing in the South Australian Capital.
