Final Field & Barrier Draw – Autumn Classic 2012

The final field and barrier draw has been released for the Group 2 Autumn Classic, which is due to run at Caulfield Racecourse this Saturday February 25, 2012.

Included in the 2012 Autumn Classic is Faron, who will be stepping up in grade for the 2012 Autumn Classic.

Faron has won both his previous race starts this preparation, including the Yalumba Golden Mile at Bendigo on February 19.

The three-year-old colt has won two of his three career starts and has earned more than $20,000 in prize money.

The Robert Hickmott-trained horse has drawn barrier six for the 2012 Autumn Classic and will be ridden by jockey Steven King.

Hoylonny is also included in the 2012 Autumn Classic final field and barrier draw.

The Lonhro colt finished third in his last start in the $70,000 McGrath Handicap at Rosehill on February 11, 2012.

Trained by Chris Waller, Hoylonny has won two of his five races starts and has earned more than $50,000 in prize money.

Hoylonny has drawn barrier seven for the 2012 Autumn Classic and will be ridden by jcokey Nash Rawiller in the race.
