With a run a the track and distance now behind them, and a step back in class, Pinwheel is sure to improve for Saturday.

Two classy mares that are dually nominated on Caulfield Cup Day are the Matthew Smith-trained Hurtle Myrtle and Andrew Noblet’s Sistine Angel.
Both feature in not only the Betfair Stakes entries, but also in those for the Group 2 Tristarc Stakes (1400m) where a clash with Gai Waterhouse’s glamour mare More Joyous awaits.
