December Draw is favourite for the Turnbull Stakes 2011
Mark Kavanagh’s December Draw remains the outright 2011 Turnbull Stakesfavourite for the race that will run at Flemington Racecourse tomorrow October 2, 2011.
December Draw won his last start in the Group 3 Naturalism Stakes following two impressive runs in Melbourne handicap races earlier this spring.
The Naturalism Stakes win has granted the five-year-old gelding automatic entry into the 2011 Caulfield Cup on October 15, 2011.
The Medecis gelding has also been nominated for a start in the 2011 Cox Plate and 2011 Melbourne Cup later in the carnival.
December Draw is currently paying odds of $2.70 at Luxbet after originally opening at $3.20.
