Warwick Farm Tips & Betting – 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes

Warwick Farm will provide punters with ample betting opportunities and excitement this Saturday March 12, 2011, and to make things easier the Races.com.au team has put together our best 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes tips.

The Group 3 Sweet Embrace Stakes is a 1,200 metre race for two-year-old filles and is worth $125,000.

In the Races.com.au 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes tips we have chosen Pane In The Glass to win the 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes.

Pane In The Glass has won all of her previous three runs, including both the Inglis Nursery and the Inglis Classic.

The Testa Rossa filly has drawn very well in the barriers, and will jump from gate four with Jimmy Byrne on-board.

For second, we are tipping the More Than Ready filly Defiant Dame.

Defiant Dame won her first start in the Listed Gimcrack Stakes at Randwick on October 2, 2010, by a phenomenal three and a half lengths, but pulled up shin-sore in her last start at the Wyong Classic, still managing to hang on for third.

Defiant Dame has drawn barrier three in the 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes and will be ridden by jockey Glen Boss.

The Races.com.au team also likes the look of the classy Stratum filly Streama to finish in the 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes placings.

Streama finished second by a half head in her debut race at Canterbury last start, despite running the entire race without cover.

The Guy Walter-trained filly has drawn barrier one in the 2011 Sweet Embrace Stakes, which will hopefully eliminate the chance of her getting caught out wide.
