There are eight action-packed races running on Apollo Stakes Day, including the feature Group 2 Apollo Stakes that will jump as Race 6.

Also on the cards are the Listed Parramatta Cup in Race 5 and the Listed Triscay Stakes in Race 7.

Rosehill Race 1 – The Australian Brewery Handicap (1200m)  – Bet now at Luxbet                  

Current favourite to win Race 1 at Luxbet is Peter Snowden’s Helmet, currently paying $2.60.

Helmet’s odds have increased slightly from $2.50 when the markets opened.

Two of the biggest market movers are Chew The Fat and Florentina.

Chew The Fat opened at $9 but has steadily shortened to $7.50 over the past couple of days.

Florentina, now paying $3.20 at Luxbet, has recieved a lot of support from punters since originally opening at $4.

#4 Third Time Lucky is the only early scratching in the race.

Rosehill Race 2 – North Ryde RSL Club Handicap (1100m) – Bet now at Luxbet

Current favourite for Rosehill Race 2 is Beltane, paying $3.50 at Luxbet.

Peter Snowden’s Beltane has firmed into odds of $3.50 after opening at $3.60.

The only other market mover in Race 2 is Halekulani, who originally open at odds of $4 and has now shortened into $3.70.

There are no early scratchings as yet in Race 2 at Rosehill.

Rosehill Race 3 – The Greenwood Hotel Handicap (1200m) – Bet now at Luxbet

The current favourite in Race 3 is Gai Waterhouse’s Pureness, who is presently paying $3.60 at Luxbet.

Pureness is also the only market mover in the field, firming into odds of $3.60 after opening at $3.70.

Second favourite for the Greenwood Hotel Handicap is currently Peter Snowden’s Reprobate, who is paying a generous $5.50 at Luxbet.

The only early scratching in the race is Peter Snowden’s #9 Killian.

Rosehill Race 4 – Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill Handicap (1800m) – Bet now at Luxbet

Money has been spread over seven of the 16 starters in Race 4 at Rosehill, all paying around the same odds at Luxbet.

There current favourite is The Warrior Woman, who is paying $6 at Luxbet.

Second favourite to win is presently Our Cannavaro paying $6.50.

The only horse to fluctuate at all since the opening of betting has been The Warrior Woman, who has shortened by 50c from $6.50.

There is currently no scratchings for Race 4 at Rosehill and it is a full field of 14 horses plus two emergencies.

Rosehill Race 5 – P J Gallagher’s Irish Pubs Parramatta Cup (2000m) – Bet now at Luxbet

The first Listed race of the day has seen a lot of fluctuation in prices since betting originally opened.

Current favourite, firming in from $4.80 to $3.10 at Luxbet, is Chris Waller’s Beijing Boy.

Three early scracthings, including #2 Larry’s Never Late, #8 Lang and #10 Zauberin have caused the odds to shorten on all of the remaining horses.

The biggest market mover is Hadaaf, who has moved from an original price of $26 into odds of $17 a win.

Hawk Island is one of the favourite who’s odds have shortened considerably.

Hawk island began at $7 and is now paying $5 at Luxbet.

Rosehill Race 6 – Apollo Stakes (1400m) – Bet now at Luxbet

The major race of the day kicks off in Race 6 and Luxbet currently has Hot Danish as favourite paying $3.20.

Hot Danish began at $3.20 before drifting out slightly but still remains the obvious favourite.

The only other horse in the race to have lengthened in price is Melito, who began as second favourite but has now moved out to third.

Love Conquers All has moved into second place in the betting, paying $4.60 after opening at $5.

There have been no early scratchings in the 2011 Apollo Stakes.

 Rosehill Race 7 – Triscay Stakes (1200m) – Bet now at Luxbet

Race 7 odds have seen Gai Waterhouse’s Kiss From A Rose firm in considerably from $3 to $2.60 to remain the clear favourite in the 2011 Triscay Stakes.

A big mover in the betting has been Joseph Pride’s Bacchanal Woman, who began at $14 and has now shortened to $10.

However, the biggest mover of the field has been Oakfield Beauty who opened at odds of $131 and has now shortened into odds of $21.

#13 Perfect hostess is as yet the only scratching in Race 7.

Rosehill Race 8 – Vaby’s Mediterranean Grill Handicap (1500m) – Bet now at Luxbet

Present equal favourites for Race 8 are David Payne’s Sea Lord and Gai Waterhouse’s King Lionheart, both paying $5 for the win at Luxbet.

Currently paying $6 at Luxbet is third favourite Zakynthos Imprintz, who is trained by Chris Waller.

None of the 15 horses in the field have fluctuated in price since betting opened.

#8 Color Purple is the only early scratching in the race.
